A Mission Rooted in Experience

FixAIRx began with a personal problem: a serious environmental issue in a building where my own family lived, and the realization that honest, independent answers were far harder to get than they should be. Everywhere we turned, the people assessing the problem were the same people who would profit from the remediation.

So we built the opposite. FixAIRx is the independent expert: we assess, we test, and we document, and we are never the remediation contractor. That separation is the entire point, because it keeps our findings unbiased and credible to insurers, attorneys, and building owners who have to decide whether a space is safe to use.

Today we bring that standard to commercial and residential clients across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, with a fire-first focus on large-loss claims, backed by complete documentation and code-aligned planning.
